Sue Lacy has 30 years’ experience working within organizations and communities, engaging a wide range of constituent groups.  Sue is a Senior Associate of AmericaSpeaks, a national non-partisan organization that brings community members and policy-makers together to inform decision-making through large-scale public meetings. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, targeted outreach, large scale civic engagement projects and initiatives, community campaigns, facilitation, coaching and leadership training.

Katie Fry is co-owner of communityhealthsurvey.com, LLC, operating nationally since 2002. Her background includes 20 years of experience as an educator, trainer and researcher. Her expertise lies in management and administration, community engagement, and organizational development. Katie is a Senior Associate of AmericaSpeaks, a national non-partisan organization that brings community members and policy-makers together to inform decision-making through large-scale public meetings.

Tina Ughrin has a strong background in facilitating strategic planning, guiding program evaluations & needs assessments, providing staff & leadership training and creating partnerships. Her areas of expertise include program evaluation & assessment, survey design and focus group facilitation, and statistical and qualitative data analysis.

Bob Howard is a health care executive with deep experience in business and strategic planning. During his thirty years at Akron Children's Hospital, he was responsible for managing up to 25 departments, including grants administration; community, government and public relations; marketing, and strategic and business unit planning. He is currently a member of hospital and agency boards, and a business and community health consultant.

Mayra Porrata is an educator, writer and social entrepreneur specializing in social, emotional, mental and spiritual health education. Her leadership and work in community health has led to numerous improvements to meet the needs of chronically ill and other diverse patients in our community. 

Mayra is also founder and managing partner of a Sunny Day Publishing, LLC an independent independent producer of health education books and programs.

Hubert Morgan has 33 years of experience in regional and long-range planning. Currently concentrating on civic democracy, his passion is public participation. Mr. Morgan specializes in reaching out to all demographics, especially those that have been historically underrepresented or disenfranchised in traditional planning processes.

Charles Thomas is a research biostatistician at Case Western Reserve University’s Center for Health Care Research and Policy. His areas of expertise include statistical procedures such as Propensity and Bootstrap methods and Geographical Information System (GIS) techniques.
